Complete Gantry Systems

Using a Harry Major Machine gantry system, our customers have the ultimate flexibility in designing their production line. Gantry systems allow for linear movement of parts using robotic grippers and beams, which can free-up floor space within the most compact of floor plans. Gantry systems are flexible in tooling, allowing for easier transitions between future changeovers. Further examples of gantry applications include:

  • Automatic loading or unloading of machines
  • Overhead transferring of parts
  • Maintaining parts in a production sequence

Our gantry systems can be designed in various configurations. We offer standard cabeled configurations, as well as cableless designs that allow for an increased number of carriages on a single beam.
